We offer three distinct programs to choose from.
You can choose any program depending on your fitness goals, time available and any other considerations you may have.
Program 1: Cardiovascular and/or weight training
hour long session
offering a combination of cardiovascular training and weight training
or weight training alone
Program 2: Body weight workout
half hour session
For the busy professional who doesn't always have access to weights
Employs a multitude of exercises using only your own body weight
Each workout improves strength, endurance and flexibility
Program 3: The solo workout
hour long session
For the person who wants to work out on their own but doesn't know where to start
full evaluation including health history and a postural assessment
Customized program for you to follow on your own

Introductory package (once per lifetime)
5 sessions
first session consists of a health history analysis and postural assessment
four training sessions
$250 ($150 for program #2)
Regular packages
buy 10 sessions get one free
buy 20 and get 3 free.
All the programs provide you with:
1. A personal trainer with years of experience and multiple certifications.
2. Competitive rates
3. Referral program: Free session(s) if you refer anyone who purchases a package of
training sessions.
4. Upon your registration we will create a customized workout plan designed to fit
your specific needs and schedule.
5. All required equipment will be provided for you during training sessions. I will also
give you advice on exercises you can do on your own between our training sessions.
6. Regular monitoring of your progress so you can see the results of your work.
